To provide culturally relevant training and technical assistance (TTA) to American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities, addressing mental health and substance use disorders while promoting resilience and community strength through evidence-based and culturally tailored strategies.
Three Star Government Solutions (3SGS) leads the SAMHSA Tribal TTA Center, providing individualized and community-level support to over 280 tribes and tribal programs, as well as 135 federal and non-profit organizations. Our approach includes culturally sensitive program planning, infrastructure and workforce development, and proactive implementation of community-driven solutions. Three Star staff deliver on-site and virtual TTA to over 7,500 participants, supporting tribes in developing Tribal Action Plans (TAPs) under the Tribal Law and Order Act (TLOA) and implementing protective factors that strengthen Native communities.
