What makes us unique?
3SGS committed itself to virtual operations long before COVID-19 accelerated the transition to telework for most organizations. For us, the motivation wasn’t so much a focus on continuity of operations (COOP) as it was a desire to be able to tap into talent anywhere on the planet, including rural and remote locations. We invested early on in virtualizing our work execution via Smartsheet, as well as our accounting operations, HR, payroll, recruitment and on-boarding in order to support payroll in any State or Territory, CONUS or OCONUS. We have been particularly sensitive to the needs of those we serve who are challenged with limited digital literacy and poor connectivity, and for that reason, agencies have relied on us to pilot digital initiatives where the public are end-users or where agency teams have sought to become more dynamic and unified.
Sole Source: ANC 8(a)’s may be sole-sourced Federal contracts of any size up to $100 million. Unlike non-tribally-owned 8(a)’s, we are not subject to the $7M competitive threshold for contracts assigned manufacturing NAICS codes or the $4M competitive threshold for all other types of contracts per 13 CFR 124.506(b).
