Three Star Government Solutions (3SGS) provides administrative and program analysis support to the CDC’s Division of HIV Prevention (DHP), which plays a critical role in guiding national HIV/AIDS prevention strategies. Under this contract, 3SGS supports key operational and strategic efforts across DHP’s offices and branches, helping streamline internal processes, enhance program evaluation, and advance the CDC’s goal of reducing the impact of HIV through evidence-based programming.

To support the Division of HIV Prevention’s mission by delivering administrative and analytical services that improve operational efficiency, enhance data-driven decision-making, and facilitate effective implementation of HIV prevention strategies across partner networks.

3SGS delivers comprehensive administrative and program analysis services across DHP’s leadership offices and technical branches. This includes organizing program data, coordinating communications, developing monthly progress reports, and conducting analysis to inform planning and performance. Services are tailored to meet the specific operational and policy needs of each unit within DHP.
